Tolerance, rights and unity in education
Ideea proiectului a venit de la faptul că profesorii, deși sunt specialişti într-o anumita disciplină, ei sunt mult mai mult decât atât, fiind și profesori diriginți/ consilieri educativi. Toate cadrele didactice, din perspectiva rolului de consilier educativ/ profesor diriginte trebuie să realizeze conexiuni cu alte domenii, precum cetăţenia democratica activă - ECD, drepturile omului – EDO “caramizile şi mortarul” păcii şi dialogului în Europa şi în lumea de mâine. Inspectorii scolari realizeaza activitatea de monitorizare a procesului educativ. Unul din aspectele monitorizate este activitatea dirigintilor/consilierului educativ. Prin implicarea in acest proiect, cei 8 INSPECTORI SCOLARI vor deveni POLI/VECTORI DE FORMARE la nivelul judetului.
Proiectul TRUE - Tolerance, rights and unity in education isi propune creșterea calitatii educației în școlile din județul NEAMT, prin cresterea numarului de scoli democratice, bazate pe toleranta, cetățenie activa, drepturile omului, incluziune și leadership.
Activitatile de mobilitate, reprezentate de cursuri structurate, prin tematica lor "The teacher as change agent" and "Learning outside - Living together, learning together, working together - Special focus on outdoor activities”, vor contribui la imbogatirea cunostintelor, formarea priceperilor si schimbarea de atitudine a beneficiarilor directi (8), iar prin activitatile locale, vor fi transmise beneficiarilor indirecti (ceilalti inspectori - 18, directori - 136, profesori, parinti - 150), prin intermediul celor 9 activitati de formare/ 3 seminare/ 1 masa rotunda si nu in ultimul rand, ELEVILOR, prin proiectele initiate in cel putin 40 de scoli sub deviza "Transformam scoala impreuna".
Beneficiile pe care le va avea institutia sunt corelate cu obiectivele proiectului: 1. Imbunătăţirea competenţelor profesionale ale celor 8 inspectori şcolari participanti la activitatile de mobilitate in vederea creşterii calităţii educaţiei în şcoală; 2. Dezvoltarea unui ghid de bune practici – metode inovatoare in domeniul practicilor ECD/ EDO; 3. Schimbarea atitudinii didactice in mediile scolare, prin asigurarea accesului la activitati de formare pe teme care sa conduca la construirea profilului scolii democratice prin formare "in cascada" a unui numar de 18 inspectori scolari, 136 de directori de scoli, 150 de profesori si parinti).
Inspectoratul Scolar Judetean Neamt va promova conceptul de scoala democratica la nivelul scolilor din judet, un mediu de invatare incluziv si creativ.
Atingerea scopului proiectului va conduce la atingerea obiectivului primordial din Planul European de Dezvoltare al ISJ Neamt, si anume, imbunatatirea educatiei ELEVULUI, care sa conduca la reusita scolara si pregatirea sa pentru viata
The idea of this project came from the fact that teachers are much more than being specialists in a certain discipline, they also are head-teachers and / or educational counselors. From the perspective of the educational counselor / head- teacher, all teachers need to make connections with other areas, such as active democratic citizenship – ECD or human rights – EHR which are the basis or "the bricks and the mortar" of peace and dialogue in Europe, in the world of tomorrow. School inspectors carry out the monitoring of the educational process. One of the monitored issues is the activity of the head-teacher / the educational counselor such, by participating in this project, the 8th School Inspectors will become coaches, training vectors at the level of the county.
The TRUE Project - Tolerance, Rights and Unity in Education aims to increase the quality of education in the schools from Neamt county, by increasing the number of democratic schools which are based on tolerance, active citizenship, human rights, inclusiveness and leadership.
The mobility activities, represented by structured courses, through their topics: "The teacher as change agent" and "Learning outside - Living together, learning together, working together - Special focus on outdoor activities” will contribute to enriching knowledge, training skills and the change of attitude of the direct beneficiaries (8). Through local activities the core of the courses will be transmitted to the indirect beneficiaries (the other 18 inspectors, 136 school principals, teachers, parents - 150). Last, but not least, through the 9 training activities / 3 seminars / one round table, the knowledge will be transmitted to the students. Activities related to the project will be initiated in at least 40 schools under the slogan "We change the school together".
The benefits that the institution will have are related to the objectives of the project:
1. Improving the professional competences of 8 school inspectors that will take part in the mobility activities, in order to increase the quality of school education;
2. Developing a Good Practice Guide - Innovative Methods in the ECD/ EHR Practices;
3. Changing teaching attitudes in school environments by providing access to training activities on topics that will lead to building the profile of the democratic school by adapting the "training cascade" approach to a number of 18 school inspectors, 136 school principals, 150 teachers and parents.
The Neamt County School Inspectorate will promote the concept of democratic school system and an inclusive and creative learning environment for the schools in the Neamt county.
